    Beta pre-release.

    Engine: exact rational framerate end-to-end (settings -> NDI sender -> per-frame stamping; 59.94 = 60000/1001, no more drift), PCMs16 audio FourCC fix, NDI finder rebuild hardening, scaler zero-dimension guard.

    Installer: MSI ProductVersion now tracks the build version (in-place upgrades work; upgrading from <=1.1.0 may need one manual uninstall), control surface URL ACL registered at install so REST/WS + /ui work for standard users, CAB embedded.

    Smoke-tested on real hardware: silent install/uninstall, standard-user launch, control surface endpoints, and the full NDI loopback pipeline round-trip (9/9 integration tests on NDI 6 runtime).
