Captures the current working system (capture sidecar, finalize flow, live monitor, capability-routed GPU worker pool, deploy gotchas) and the target design: GPU All-Intra HEVC master to offload the ProRes CPU wall while keeping edit-while-record, scaling to 8 signals + multi-vendor (Blackmagic/Deltacast/AJA).
