ZGaetano 0ebb3cffe4 onboard-node: auto-detect host LAN IP and pass NODE_IP + BMD_MODEL ... Resolves the host's primary LAN address with `ip route get` so the node-agent reports it in the heartbeat instead of a docker bridge IP.
