Admin → Cluster shows zampp1 (PRIMARY, 172.18.91.216) with "—" for both version and uptime fields. Node is online and responding (shows CPU/RAM/GPU data correctly). zampp2 may or may not have the same issue — worth investigating the data source for version/uptime on the primary node.
