hamsa0x7 eff81b1242 fix(kiro): strip leaked <thinking> tags from content stream (#2158) ... CodeWhisperer leaks literal <thinking> blocks into assistantResponseEvent, duplicating reasoning already routed via reasoningContentEvent.
