decolua ec096d2add fix(usage): stop double-counting streaming usage at source ... logUsage now only logs to console; DB write removed. Streaming usage is recorded once via saveUsageStats (onStreamComplete), eliminating duplicate usageHistory rows that inflated dashboard totals.
