Dasep Moch Luay 41588bea01 feat(providers): add TokenRouter accurate pricing + thinking config ... Adds exact per-model rates for 110 TokenRouter models (pulled from TokenRouter's own pricing API) plus a dedicated thinkingFormat case (reasoning_effort enum low/medium/high/xhigh/max) and the provider logo.
