decolua 3b14bf4a49 feat(devin-cli): bridge client tools via MCP and use full agent ... Default to the full agent with built-in tools, expose client function tools as an MCP server, surface tool calls as OpenAI tool_use, resolve workspace cwd from the request, and bump context windows.
