Consolidate two tryParseJSON variants into helpers/jsonUtil.js with explicit fallback param. Preserve exact per-call semantics: openai-to-claude passthrough (fallback=str), geminiHelper null. geminiHelper keeps tryParseJSON re-export. No behavior change; gate: no regression.
