Adds exact per-model rates for 110 TokenRouter models (pulled from TokenRouter's own pricing API) plus a dedicated thinkingFormat case (reasoning_effort enum low/medium/high/xhigh/max) and the provider logo. Provider registration itself already landed in a prior commit; this fills in what PR #3043 added on top. |
