refactor(open-sse): translator DRY + schema enums, bug fixes, dead code cleanup

- Bug B1-B7: media UI m.kind||m.type, serviceKinds, gemini mediaPriority, schema kind, models/info lookup by kind
- Dead code D1-D6: safeParseJSON, drop PROVIDER_ENDPOINTS, orphan fetcher, GITHUB_CONFIG derive, getProviderConfig internal, legacy kiro file
- Translator concerns: toOpenAIUsage, toOpenAIFinish (gemini/kiro/ollama + fix kiro tool finish), thinking effort maps
- Reorg helpers/ → concerns/ (logic) + formats/ (per-format) + schema/ (pure enums: roles/blocks/finishReasons/defaults)
- Wire ~280 hardcoded role/block/finish/default literals to schema enums across 20+ files
- collapseTextParts + extractTextContent dedup
- Normalize translator fn names to openaiToXRequest / xToOpenAIResponse
- Golden tests lock behavior; 0 regression (byte-for-byte providers/alias, 26=26 known fails)

refactor(open-sse): extract safeParseJSON util, dedup tryParseJSON (B5)
...
Consolidate two tryParseJSON variants into helpers/jsonUtil.js with explicit
fallback param. Preserve exact per-call semantics: openai-to-claude passthrough
(fallback=str), geminiHelper null. geminiHelper keeps tryParseJSON re-export.
No behavior change; gate: no regression.

feat: add audio input support for Gemini translation ( #913 )

Add input_audio and audio_url content type handlers to
convertOpenAIContentToParts() in geminiHelper.js, converting
OpenAI audio format to Gemini inlineData format.
Also add audio types to VALID_OPENAI_CONTENT_TYPES in
openaiHelper.js so they are not stripped by filterToOpenAIFormat().
Fixes #912

fix: support HTTP/HTTPS image URLs in Claude and Gemini translators ( #344 )
...
Previously only base64 data: URLs were handled in the OpenAI-to-Claude
and OpenAI-to-Gemini request translators. HTTP/HTTPS image URLs were
silently dropped, causing vision-capable models to respond with
"I don't see any image."

fix: add missing type:string to enum properties in Gemini tool schema translation ( #380 )

Gemini API requires enum properties to have an explicit type:"string"
declaration. Without it, tool calls with enum parameters return 400
Bad Request. Fixes #359 .

- Implement client identity spoofing with numeric enums (ideType: 9, pluginType: 2)
- Add runtime platform detection for User-Agent and metadata
- Implement per-connection session ID caching (binary-compatible format)
- Add ANTIGRAVITY_HEADERS (X-Client-Name, X-Client-Version, x-goog-api-client)
- Add X-Machine-Session-Id header injection
- Align metadata/mode parameters across all Antigravity API calls
- Implement double injection for system prompt (raw + [ignore] wrapped)
- Rename internal anti-loop header to x-request-source for anonymity
Skipped: commit 6 (signature side-channel caching) — kept DEFAULT_THINKING_GEMINI_SIGNATURE
