chore(providers): refresh catalogs, free tiers, and hide stale ones Update model lists and context lengths across free/apikey providers, move bazaarlink, kilo-gateway, and kimchi into freeTier, demote llm7 to apikey, and hide bluesminds, sambanova, zed, and mimo-free.
